Description

Ensure software quality by designing test plans, executing automated tests, and debugging issues across IoT hardware and software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on functional specifications.
• Create and orchestrate automation test scripts using established frameworks.
• Execute test cases, document defects, and collaborate with development to reproduce and debug issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Ruby.
• Experience with automated, performance, and security testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
• Experience testing IoT hardware devices, kiosks, QR code readers, and handheld readers.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries to verify data integrity.
• Experience in Agile environments and logging defects in JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web and mobile testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• ISTQB Certification.
