Description

You will own the end-to-end automation strategy and testing lifecycle for a global platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed test plans and automation strategies based on product requirements.
• Manage the automation suite, including designing and developing automated test scripts and scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, load, and system testing to ensure complete test case coverage.
• Log, track, and verify defect fixes in Jira and manage release regression cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to define and validate acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience in software quality assurance automation.
• 4+ years of experience testing front end, back end, and web services.
• 4+ years of experience scripting in test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java and automated testing using Cucumber and Selenium.
• 3+ years of experience with database tools such as Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Developer.
• Experience with manual and automated testing of REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of BDD, TDD, and Gherkin specifications.
• Experience working in cloud-based models such as GCP or AWS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and defect management.
