Description

Own the quality assurance strategy for the PCS Contract Operations application, ensuring robust automation and manual testing coverage. You will design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and reporting mechanisms while leading UAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Playwright or WebdriverIO, establishing regular execution schedules.
• Execute manual test scripts and track test case execution to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Log and track defects using Jira and develop requirements traceability matrices.
• Lead UAT testing activities and support the development team across dev, test, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot failing test cases and provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual test script execution and QA test script creation.
• 8+ years of experience in automated QA testing and performance testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Jira, XRay, or Zephyr.
• Background in accessibility testing.
