Description

You will design and execute quality assurance processes for end-user applications, systems software, and firmware across hardware and networked platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design test processes for software and firmware running on local and Internet-based platforms.
• Analyze design requirements to determine necessary test and integration activities.
• Write and execute testing plans, protocols, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners to resolve software design issues and track project progress.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies, including debugging and script execution.
• Proficiency with JIRA, QMetry, and Confluence.
• Technical experience with Windows PC hardware and software setup.
• Ability to work with firmware and hardware integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms.
