Description

Own quality assurance for the Salesforce Grants Management System, ensuring stability across development, test, UAT, and production phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Selenium or equivalent frameworks.
• Create and execute test scripts for both manual and automated testing processes.
• Design documentation for automated processes and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
• Log and track defects within Jira and provide on-call troubleshooting support.
• Lead UAT testing activities and establish regular automated test schedules with required reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce applications.
• Ability to perform manual testing as required.
• Experience leading UAT testing activities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Capability to troubleshoot test cases and provide on-call support.

• Any Graduate degree.
