Description

You design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for web and API applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Conduct API testing and automation using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and testing.
• Manage test cases and collaborate with development teams using Jira and Xray.
• Identify, report, and track defects through resolution while supporting process improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA testing experience with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with UFT for automated testing.
• Proven expertise in API testing and automation tools (Postman, SoapUI, JMeter).
• Strong knowledge of SQL for test data management and validation.
• Experience using Jira and Xray for test case management.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing methodologies.
• Background in web application testing.
