Description

Own automated and manual quality assurance for the Contract Operations system, ensuring compliance and monitoring functionality through rigorous testing and reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Playwright or similar technologies, establishing regular execution schedules.
• Create and execute manual test scripts, tracking execution results and maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
• Log and track defects using Jira, supporting the development team through dev, test, UAT, and production phases.
• Lead UAT testing activities and troubleshoot failing test cases as required.
• Generate automated test case reports and provide on-call support when needed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA test script creation, automated QA testing, and manual test script execution.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking and test management plugins like XRay or Zephyr.
• Ability to plan and accomplish goals independently with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Experience establishing automated schedules and generating detailed test reports.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and automated test case reporting.
• Background in accessibility testing.
