Description

You will lead the testing team and own the end-to-end quality process for EHR applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for EHR practice management, clinical, interface, and billing workflows.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including resource planning, test plan creation, and test data management.
• Prepare UAT test cases, align them with business requirements, and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Track test execution, manage defects using ALM and Jira, and generate quality metrics.
• Mentor QA team members on EHR testing methodologies, best practices, and data migration testing.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in writing and executing test cases and creating comprehensive test plans.
• Strong proficiency with UFT (Unified Testing Tool), Katalon, and Selenium.
• Advanced experience using ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS product testing, software usability concepts, and the SDLC.
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for database validation.
• Experience performing unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, and load/performance testing.
• Proven experience testing electronic medical records (EHR) workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience working on HL7 FHIR.
• Experience working within a state agency.
