Job Summary:
seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to support the Contract Operations application within the Administrative Applications QA team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases, ensuring quality and reliability across application releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright or similar
Perform manual and automated testing across application environments
Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and execution strategies
Track test execution and generate test reports and metrics
Use Jira to log, track, and manage defects
Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Perform performance and regression testing
Support UAT testing activities and coordinate with stakeholders
Troubleshoot failed test cases and support development teams
Work across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Provide on-call support when required

Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing
10+ years of experience in manual test execution
Strong experience in test script creation and execution
Experience with performance testing
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks/tools

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, or similar tools
Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
Experience with JMeter (performance testing)
Experience with Jira, XRay, or Zephyr
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience in accessibility testing
