Description

You will lead automated and manual testing efforts to ensure software quality and system integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing.
• Manage test data creation and defect reporting processes.
• Schedule test activities and manage testing timelines.
• Mentor team members on testing methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Proficiency in UAT and performance testing.
• Experience with accessibility and interface testing.
• Hands-on experience with data conversion testing.
• Strong skills in test data creation and defect reporting.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Prior experience working within the public sector.
