Description

Own the quality assurance strategy and execution for the Contract Operations application, ensuring reliability across all release environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated testing across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Create and maintain test plans, execution strategies, and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Track test execution, generate metrics, and log defects using Jira.
• Perform performance, regression, and UAT support testing while troubleshooting failures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual test execution.
• 8+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, JMeter, Jira, XRay, or Zephyr.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and on-call support.
