Description

You will design and implement automated tests to ensure software quality across social services applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform software quality assurance and support for designated web and mobile applications within the SOA platform.
• Develop, enhance, and execute test plans and scenarios for J2EE/Portal applications using Agile methodologies.
• Participate in requirements analysis, test design, test data preparation, and component testing with team members.
• Create technical and design documentation for automated processes and testing efforts.
• Analyze software applications and defects to devise technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
• 8+ years of experience in analyzing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to write test plans.
• 8+ years of knowledge of programming concepts and testing principles for web-based UI applications.
• Proficiency in automated QA testing tools and techniques.
• Experience with SQL and XML.
• Familiarity with Jira and Jama.
• Knowledge of computer systems, IT equipment, and operating systems.
