The Role
We are looking for a QA Specialist who treats quality like a craft — fast, precise, and relentless. You will work acrossmanual and automation testing on an AI-native SaaS platform where features ship fast and customer trust iseverything. This is not a box-ticking role. You own what reaches the customer, no matter how quickly the roadmap
evolves.
What You'll Do
MANUAL TESTING
• Design and execute detailed test cases for AI-powered features, agent workflows, and report outputs
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT across web and API layers
• Validate AI-generated insights for accuracy, consistency, and hallucination — outputs that enterprise clients act on
• Test database integrity — query and validate data across SQL/NoSQL stores
AUTOMATION
• Build and maintain automation test suites using Java + Selenium and Playwright
• Automate regression, smoke, and sanity test pipelines to support fast release cycles
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines; flag failures before they reach production
• Leverage AI testing tools to improve coverage, generate test cases, and detect anomalies faster
QUALITY OWNERSHIP
• Shift gears as priorities change — validate a demo at noon, regression test a release by evening
• Log, track, and triage bugs in JIRA with precision; collaborate tightly with engineers and PMs
• Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively raise quality risks before they become incidents
• Contribute to building a quality culture in a team that ships like founders
What We're Looking For
MUST-HAVE
• Solid experience in both manual and automation testing on SaaS or AI products
• Hands-on with Java + Selenium and/or Playwright for test automation
• Database testing experience — writing and validating SQL queries, understanding data flows
• Familiarity with AI or LLM-based products — understanding non-deterministic outputs and how to test them
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA) and test management platforms
• Strong instinct for what to test first — depth and speed, not just coverage

GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience using AI tools for testing — test case generation, visual testing, or anomaly detection
• Prior exposure to social analytics, consumer intelligence, or data-heavy SaaS platforms
• API testing experience using Postman or REST-assured
• Comfort working in fast-paced, startup environments with evolving requirements
