Description

You will design, develop, and execute manual functional tests and convert them into automated test suites.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual functional tests and transition them into automated test cases.
  • Validate backend systems across HANA, IBM DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server platforms.
  • Apply automation testing across middleware components including IBM Message Queues and IIB service layers.
  • Develop and execute ad-hoc queries and stored procedures for database validation.
  • Utilize continuous integration tools and version control to support the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 6-12 years of experience in software testing and automation methodologies.
  • Expertise in API testing using SOAP UI, Postman, or RIT for REST APIs.
  • Programming proficiency in Java or Python.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as Load Runner, LoadUI NG, or Visual Studio.
  • Experience with continuous integration using Bamboo or Urban Code Deploy and Bit Bucket for version control.
  • Hands-on experience with backend validation on Oracle and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
  • Selenium automation experience.
