Description

Own the quality assurance lifecycle through exploratory and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Create detailed test plans and cases based on requirements and technical designs.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, including regression testing after fixes.
• Liaise with developers and product managers to define requirements and monitor debugging.
• Track QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong background in BDD testing.
• Hands-on experience testing APIs using Postman collections.
• Proficiency in both white box and black box testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing.
• Experience with security testing.
