Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional and regression testing within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Execute and validate end-to-end business process workflows across multiple systems.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders.
• Review, execute, and maintain existing test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Validate system integrations including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL/data synchronization processes.
• Test data movement and business transactions between D365 and integrated applications.
• Support release validation for system enhancements and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and QA team members to improve and expand QA documentation and testing standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects while ensuring complete business process validation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in manual software testing with experience identifying opportunities for automation of repetitive testing activities.
• Experience performing integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing APIs, flat-file integrations, ETL processes, and data synchronization.
• Ability to validate complete business workflows spanning multiple integrated systems.
• Experience working in Microsoft development environments using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking.
• Preferred hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
