Description

Perform manual functional and regression testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365, validating end-to-end business workflows and system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate end-to-end business process workflows across multiple systems.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with finance and business stakeholders.
• Validate system integrations including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL/data synchronization.
• Review, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects while ensuring complete business process validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Experience testing APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking.
• Ability to validate complete business workflows spanning multiple integrated systems.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation of repetitive testing activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
