Description

You will ensure the quality of in-house and third-party software through rigorous testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate software to ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.
• Create, maintain, and refactor test scripts to enforce best coding practices.
• Define, track, and analyze quality assurance metrics like defects and test status.
• Perform QA efforts for large-scale B2B2C e-commerce applications.
• Mentor junior associates and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for e-commerce platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering.
• Strong experience in automated testing using Selenium with Java.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Experience creating and optimizing automated test scripts.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze QA metrics (defects, test coverage).
• Experience working on large-scale web or e-commerce applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for defect root cause analysis.
• Ability to enforce best coding practices within automation frameworks.
• Effective communication skills for reporting progress and risks to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to modern automation frameworks such as Playwright.
