Description

Ensure FlashArray products meet high quality standards through rigorous system testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Create system test designs focusing on feature interoperability at scale and automated workflows.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects while performing root cause analysis on customer-reported issues.
• Design and build tools to improve the efficiency of executing and triaging large volumes of test scripts.
• Deploy and integrate customer applications to create repeatable workflows for testing real-world use cases.
• Target specific failure domains within the stack to improve product fault tolerance and resilience.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of system testing experience specifically in Storage and File Systems.
• Hands-on automation experience using Python or similar scripting languages.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack, and Oracle.
• Deep knowledge of storage protocols: Fibre Channel, FCoE, iSCSI, and NVMe.
• Ability to independently deploy and maintain complex test environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
