Description

Own the quality assurance lifecycle for large-scale B2B2C eCommerce applications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and seamless end-to-end integration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, defining quality metrics for defects, coverage, and execution status.
• Develop, refactor, and optimize automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to enforce best coding practices.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing for DotCom and SBA eCommerce platforms, identifying root causes of defects.
• Track testing progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Mentor junior associates, provide technical guidance, and analyze software processes for workflow improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automated testing using Java and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Proven ability to create, maintain, and optimize complex automated test scripts.
• Experience working on large-scale web or eCommerce applications.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze QA metrics including defect counts and test coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently resolve moderately complex issues.
• Experience reviewing and refactoring code to enforce best practices within automation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to modern automation frameworks such as Playwright.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
