Description

You will drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for complex software applications and systems. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans covering application, network, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Oversee the design, scripting, execution, and debugging of test cases and automated test activities.
• Collaborate with technical and business groups to define testing scope and participate in quality review sessions.
• Monitor and report on testing metrics, error debugging, and implementation progress.
• Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of related technical experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing APIs and RESTful/JSON web services.
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
• Automation experience using Selenium Web Driver, QTP/UFT, or JMeter.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, and network elements within information systems.
• Solid grasp of database concepts and MS Office.
• Experience within the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Merchant Payment Processing, including authorizations, clearing, settlement, and fraud analytics.
• Experience with payment processing for financial institutions, covering debit, credit, or loan systems.
