Description

You will own the test strategy and execution for complex, large-scale systems in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, script, execute, and debug test cases for application, network, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead test planning and quality review sessions while overseeing the development of test cases and scripts.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define testing scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Monitor and execute automation test activities, ensuring coverage for critical financial workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting metrics, reporting quality trends, and refining team standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of technical experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium Web Driver, TOSCA, QTP/UFT, or JMeter.
• Proven ability to test APIs and RESTful/JSON web services.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of information systems, including hardware, software, and network elements.
• Proficiency with database concepts and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Merchant Payment Processing, including authorizations, clearing, settlement, or fraud analytics.
• Knowledge of payment processing for financial institutions, covering debit, loan, or credit card systems.
