Description

You will own the end-to-end testing process to ensure software quality and adherence to project specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and monitor software defects using tracking systems.
• Execute regression, smoke, exploratory, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with the automation team to increase automated test coverage.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test results and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on manual testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing precise, succinct, and thorough test plans.
• Experience with Jira or similar test management and problem-tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Postman and API testing tools.
• Fundamental understanding of automated testing methods and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with Cypress, Nightwatch, Selenium, or GitLab.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
