Description

Own the quality and functional integrity of web and mobile applications through rigorous testing and requirement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis and plan test scenario preparation.
• Execute test design, test data creation, and test execution for web and mobile applications.
• Analyze customer journey flows to identify user experience inconveniences across diverse demographics.
• Collaborate with operations, business, and engineering teams to define testing requirements beyond technical specifications.
• Manage and update test suites as features evolve, and report and analyze automation results.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience testing UI and backend for large-scale web and mobile web applications.
• Proficiency in test design, test data creation, and test execution.
• Experience testing Web UI.
• Ability to analyze user experience and functional behavior to identify bugs or gaps.
• Solid knowledge of internet and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for representing the QA team in feature reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing ecommerce applications.
• Experience writing automation scripts for Web UI or mobile apps.
