Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Analyze business requirements to create detailed test cases and execute functional, system, integration, and UAT testing.

Perform API and backend validation using Java understanding, Postman, and SQL queries to ensure data integrity.

Validate applications deployed on GCP, including testing integrations with cloud services and microservices architecture.

Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

Conduct end-to-end testing of workflows across applications, ensuring alignment with business and acceptance criteria.

Contribute to QA process improvements, maintain documentation, and support Agile testing practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in QA/testing roles, preferably in cloud and API-driven environments.

Strong expertise in SQL and API testing (Postman) with solid understanding of Java for backend validation and debugging.

Hands-on experience testing applications on GCP and microservices architecture, with proficiency in defect management tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies
