Description

Lead quality assurance efforts in the insurance domain, focusing on automation, manual execution, and defect analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Katalon.
• Execute manual tests and perform thorough analysis of results.
• Triage defects and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Develop test strategies and plans to meet project milestones.
• Generate detailed test results and reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Katalon, including framework design and script debugging.
• Proficiency in Core Java or Groovy scripting.
• Experience with API testing and headless automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins and Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Cucumber or TestNG.
• Proficiency in test management tools like Rally, Jira, HP-QC, VSTS, or TFS.
• Expertise in testing methodologies including Unit and End-to-End testing.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience testing Duck Creek Applications.
• Deep domain knowledge in Insurance.
