Description

You will ensure digital accessibility compliance and build automation frameworks for WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks specifically for accessibility testing.
• Perform audits using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, and Wave to identify compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve accessibility issues in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Validate applications against WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines (A and AA standards).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA and automation testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines (A, AA standards).
• Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, NVDA, or JAWS.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial domain.
