Description

You will own the quality assurance process for a customer engagement and operations portal.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own QA testing for both UI and APIs across the portal.
• Validate deliverables against Figma designs and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute test scripts.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and support defect triaging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles.
• Manual and automated test scripting.
• UI validation using Figma designs.
• API testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Proficiency with test case management tools.
• Experience with Agile QA practices.
• Any Graduate degree.
