Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for contact center platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Test contact center platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, or similar) hands-on.
• Develop and execute automated tests using automation frameworks.
• Perform API testing against backend services.
• Debug issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 3–6+ years of QA experience in software or contact center environments.
• Proficiency with Node.js for automation, scripting, or backend testing.
• Strong experience with API testing tools like Postman or Newman.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Jest/Mocha.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, with AWS experience preferred.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Connect, including Lambda integrations (Node.js), Contact Flows, Lex bots, Kinesis, or DynamoDB.
• Understanding of SIP, telephony, call routing, and contact center KPIs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
