Description

Act as a screener engineer for the HID Health team, focusing on bug triage and component analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage incoming bugs to determine priority and impact.
• Analyze logs to assist in resolving technical issues.
• Identify potential trends in bug reports and escalate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, management, and the developer community.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in a QA or software engineering role.
• Experience with programming or scripting, specifically Python or Ruby.
• Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Hands-on experience with debugging, automation, and tools development.
• Experience using Selenium.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with multiple organizations.
• Must be local to Cupertino, CA, and eligible to work on a W2 basis without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work on-site in Cupertino, CA, on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
