Description

You will validate diagnostic and repair tools for field service channels, ensuring quality across the software delivery lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
• Report issues using bug-tracking software and collaborate with developers to drive resolutions.
• Provide accurate QA status updates to program managers and team leads throughout project phases.
• Identify gaps in testing coverage and propose improvements to QA workflows and integration processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software QA within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting languages for automation and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Ability to create comprehensive, user-driven test plans from feature descriptions.
• Comfort navigating Darwin/Unix-like operating systems and command-line interfaces.
• Experience with component isolation methodology and troubleshooting theory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern software debugging techniques.
• Experience supporting readiness and localization teams.
