Description

You will perform end-to-end manual and automation testing for ServiceNow applications.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Test ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Validate workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools for ServiceNow.
