Description

You will build and maintain the automation infrastructure and environments required for engineering onboarding.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Set up automation environments, tools, and frameworks to support new Selenium engineers.
• Configure project repositories, folder structures, and test frameworks for seamless integration.
• Validate access, dependencies, and system configurations to ensure automation readiness.
• Develop and update onboarding documentation, checklists, and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to align onboarding tasks with CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in automation testing or QA engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Selenium automation.
• Experience with test framework setup, configuration, and usage.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to resolve technical setup issues and environment configuration errors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
