Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle, ensuring software reliability through rigorous testing and automation across the full development pipeline.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze phase-wise requirements and participate in gathering to define test scopes.
• Develop and execute test plans, including regression and non-functional testing strategies.
• Perform functional testing following integrations, customizations, and patches.
• Automate testing using scripts and specialized tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Generate user guides and coordinate with project managers to manage defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in coding for testing and test methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of QA process definition and execution.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall software methodologies.
• Ability to manage testing through lab, pre-production, and production stages.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NMS, EMS, or OSS.
• Master’s Degree.
