Description

Drive quality assurance for investment and asset management applications through manual and automated testing.

You will own the release pipeline by analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, and automating execution with Selenium and Java. This role requires mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with product stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements to document test scenarios and clarify ambiguities with Business or Product stakeholders.
• Develop, execute, and review test cases while mentoring junior engineers and peers.
• Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver and execute scripts to ensure software quality.
• Assist Test Leads with test estimates, progress monitoring, and timely delivery.
• Participate in scrum meetings and incident calls to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Software QA with 3-6 years focused on Automation Testing.
• Minimum 3 years of scripting experience using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG, TDD, and Cucumber BDD frameworks.
• Proficiency in database testing and writing medium complexity SQL queries.
• Experience performing UI and customer-driven testing on React and Angular applications.
• Experience using Jira for test management.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Functional testing experience with Investment and Asset Management applications, including Client Onboarding, Trading, Asset Servicing, and money transfers.
