Description

You will own the full QA and testing lifecycle, ensuring software quality through functional, regression, and end-to-end validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define test strategies.
• Design and develop automation test suites for end-to-end system testing.
• Drive automation initiatives and contribute to performance testing efforts.
• Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) testing pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of client-facing experience in QA/testing roles.
• Minimum 5 years of on-site client experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology (Master’s preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.
• Experience building reusable UI and/or API automation frameworks.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
