You will ensure the accuracy, safety, and performance of AI-driven applications, focusing on Generative AI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for Generative AI models and applications.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, and alignment with requirements.
• Perform adversarial testing and edge case analysis to assess AI vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI-based applications.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product managers to refine model performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, with 1-2 years in AI/ML or Generative AI testing.
• Proficiency in test automation using Python, Selenium, and PyTest.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP models, and LLMs.
• Experience with AI testing tools such as LangTest.
• Knowledge of bias detection, adversarial testing, and ethical AI considerations.
• Experience working with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE).
