Description

Lead automation efforts and manage the full software testing lifecycle for high-quality delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA automation teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks.
• Execute API testing and validate integration points across distributed services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment.
• Identify, track, and debug defects through the entire lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Cypress, or JUnit.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven ability to integrate tests with Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
• Deep understanding of test methodologies and defect tracking processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools.
