Description

You will lead testing efforts across complex programs to ensure high-quality software delivery through both manual and automated methods.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test plans, including application, network, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage all phases of testing, from initial planning and requirement traceability to debugging, reporting, and post-test execution.
• Collaborate with technical and business groups to define testing scope and ensure business requirements are met.
• Lead test projects with minimal supervision, providing technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced team members.
• Monitor defects for trends, manage testing risks, and provide quality metrics to project management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing midrange and API applications.
• Proficiency with SQL for test data creation and verification.
• Experience using Jira Test Management or Azure DevOps for test case development and execution.
• Hands-on experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing using master and transactional data.
• Strong understanding of information systems elements, including hardware, software, and network applications.
• Proven ability to manage requirement traceability throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing on mainframe systems.
