Own the quality assurance lifecycle for software systems in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Perform unit testing, API testing, and participate in code reviews.
• Execute automation testing using Selenium, Appium, and CodedUI.
• Conduct performance testing and perform root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Proficiency in Java and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JUnit, Appium, and CodedUI.
• Experience with UI automation and Soap API tools.
• Testing API functionality using Postman.
• Experience with AWS services: Redshift, EMR, Spark, Cloudwatch, Kinesis, SQS/SNS, and Athena.
• Testing experience using PyTest, JMeter, and BlazeMeter.
• Knowledge of Spark, Scala, and Python.
• Scripting skills in Shell, JavaScript, and HTML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data services and Spark jobs.
