Description

You will lead and mentor the QA team while defining testing methodologies and automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage QA team members and resource allocation.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and automation frameworks.
• Execute manual, exploratory, regression, UI, and compatibility testing.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts for various scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage scripts via Git.
• Document defects with detailed reproduction steps and collaborate with developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG.
• Ability to perform automated database and performance testing.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience using JMeter or Gatling for performance testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing automated script issues.
• Ability to conduct usability and cross-browser compatibility testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating automation into development workflows.
