Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process and drive testing strategies for enterprise cloud-ready products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve formal QA practices, methodologies, and standards for agile development.
• Design and execute automated test scripts, test plans, and end-to-end functional verification.
• Manage defects and track QA metrics, including KPIs, to assess product quality and process effectiveness.
• Drive testing for operational requirements, including performance and load testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of industrial experience in end-to-end QA activities for product development.
• Hands-on experience developing automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Experience testing API components and microservices.
• Proficiency in testing front-end functionality built with React JS or Angular JS.
• Ability to design and implement test cases, plans, and procedures for various methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry-standard test management tools such as QC, Test Rail, or QTP.
• Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and cloud deployment.
• Strong written communication skills for documenting features and bugs.
• Degree in BTech, MTech, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of DevOps and testing software in containerized environments.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
