Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process for our products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans and test cases using heuristics to validate product functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs while maintaining a traceability matrix.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and BAs to analyze requirements and debug issues.
• Monitor QA metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience as an individual contributor in QA projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Proficiency with Test/Defect Management tools, preferably Jira.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans.
• Ability to demonstrate technical findings to customers and clients with confidence.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM or cloud applications.
