You ensure quality across all phases of the platform lifecycle for a conversational Learning & Development platform powered by Generative AI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for web applications and AI-driven features, ensuring accuracy and ethical AI behavior.
• Build and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright to accelerate test coverage and reliability.
• Run and evolve regression test suites, combining manual and automated testing to isolate issues.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy, inclusivity, and bias minimization, building reusable evaluation test cases.
• Certify microservices-based systems, verifying integrations, scalability, and resilience under load.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on Playwright experience using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proficiency in testing and automating web applications and microservices, including API testing and integrations.
• Comfort with AI productivity tools like Cursor or AI copilots to accelerate testing workflows.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and frameworks for evaluating AI outputs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills to design adversarial tests.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI evaluation metrics and pipelines (e.g., bias/toxicity detection, hallucination checks).
• Familiarity with cloud-native testing and CI/CD pipelines.
