Description

You will perform quality assurance testing across web applications, POS devices, and IVR systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing for web applications and POS devices.
• Validate transaction processing using ISO8583 data elements and banking switch knowledge.
• Manage defects using JIRA and track test cases in Zephyr or TestRail.
• Perform API testing and database validation using SQL queries.
• Integrate testing workflows within Jenkins and CI pipelines.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• Selenium with Java or Protractor.
• Experience with Connex, Non-Stop, SQL, or IBM Mainframe.
• Knowledge of ISO8583 data elements and transaction processing.
• API testing using Postman.
• Web Application Testing.
• Database knowledge and SQL query execution.
• Jenkins and CI experience.
• JIRA for defect management.
• Agile methodology experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IVR testing.
• POS device testing experience.
