Description

You will manage quality processes across the entire software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, conditions, and scripts for multiple concurrent projects.
• Estimate QA effort and lead estimation exercises for testing phases.
• Participate in release planning and scheduling for all QA activities.
• Identify project risks when quality assurance processes are not followed.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure timely task completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Regression Testing.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience using Jira.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, HP Quality Center, Load Runner, iTKO, Lisa, Test Partner, Win Runner, Quick Test Pro, or QTP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing test environments and processes using automation and manual testing methods.
