Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for IoT devices, mobile applications, and connectivity protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing for IoT hardware and iOS/Android mobile apps.
• Develop comprehensive test cases for device controls, functionality, and connectivity.
• Perform API, cloud, and database testing to verify system integration.
• Automate mobile and firmware test suites using Python.
• Manage defect tracking and test documentation using Jira and TestRail.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Product and Software Test Engineering.
• Hands-on experience testing IoT devices and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripts.
• Direct experience with MQTT and IoT connectivity protocols.
• Working knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, and databases.
• Experience using Jira and TestRail for test management.
• Familiarity with Doors or Jama requirements management tools.
• Degree in any field of study.
