Description

You manage quality assurance through manual testing, API validation, and strategic quality planning.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and technical design documents to provide feedback and clarify ambiguities.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools to facilitate developer resolution.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in software testing with a focus on manual testing.
• 1+ years of experience in API testing using Postman or JMeter.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira and TestLink.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks like AI/ML and IoT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools and frameworks including Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and BDD.
• Relevant QA certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE.
