Description

You will ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. You own the testing strategy, execution, and defect reporting process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system specifications to develop testing strategies and plans.
• Execute manual testing and document defects and testing phases via logs.
• Report bugs and errors directly to development teams.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience executing tests on CRM applications.
• Proficiency in manual testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with test management software such as TFS or QC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Israeli Residence and Citizenship is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Agile framework.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
