Description

You own the testing strategy, execution, and defect reporting process for software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system specifications to develop and maintain testing strategies and plans.
• Execute manual testing on CRM applications and document defects via logs.
• Report bugs and errors directly to development teams for resolution.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
• Experience executing tests on CRM applications.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with test management software such as TFS or QC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Mandatory Israeli Residence and Citizenship.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Agile framework.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
